Why I Built Die Hard Athletics

There was a point in my life where I was burnt out.

Work, expectations, and pressure had disconnected me from the things I once loved.

What helped me rebuild wasn’t comfort.

It was movement.

Time outside.

Physical challenge.

Learning to stay calm under pressure.

Through mountain biking, climbing, hiking, and endurance training, I realized something important:

Athletics aren't just about performance.

They’re about rebuilding the mind.
